7 pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Louisiana Const**ution and R.S. 47:1705(B) that a public hearing of the Livingston Parish School Board will be held at the SUMA Professional Development Center, 17457 Wes McLin Road, Suite F, Livingston, Louisiana on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. to consider levying additional or increased millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rates after rea***essment and rolling forward to rates not to exceed the prior year’s maximum. The estimated amount of School Parish-wide Const**utional tax revenues to be collected in the next year from the increased millage is $2,050,023 and the amount of increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase is $31,155. The estimated amount of School Parish-wide Additional Support tax revenues to be collected in the next year from the increased millage is $4,473,911 and the amount of increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase is $68,542. The estimated amount of School Parish-wide (Maintenance) tax revenues to be collected in the next year from the increased millage is $4,361,752 and the amount of increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase is $68,542. The estimated amount of School Parish-wide District No. 5 (Construction) tax revenues to be collected in the next year from the increased millage is $3,115,537 and the amount of increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase is $49,849.
